Peter A. Birkholz, EA

 

Peter is a founding partner of Birkholz & Company, and oversees tax preparation and planning, divorce consultation, allied professional consultation, business valuations and accounting services. 

Peter is qualified as an expert witness in taxation issues for the state of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Independent Accountants, where he has also served as both an officer and member of the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the National Society of Public Accountants.

Peter has served as an adjunct professor at the Boston Tax Institute, where he provides instruction in taxation at seminars for CPAs, enrolled agents, and attorneys.

Jamie L. Caird, CPA

 

Jamie is a Certified Public Accountant and focuses on tax law.

Jamie previously worked as an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, a global professional services firm with offices throughout the world. 

Prior to joining Birkholz & Company as a partner, she also provided accounting and business services to large companies in a variety of roles for the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Jamie oversees the preparation of corporate and individual tax returns and assists small business clients with ledgers and other business services. 

Jamie is a graduate of the University of Vermont and is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
